Junk removal

Junk removal in Dallas, TX

One item or an entire property, a house in Lakewood or a warehouse in the Design District — the job is the same: we load it, we haul it, and we sort it properly afterwards.

Junk removal is one of those services people put off until there is a deadline attached. The garage has been half-full for two years, and then the house goes on the market. The spare room collects furniture nobody sits on, and then a relative moves in. An office accumulates a decade of chairs and monitors, and then the lease ends.

What we do is straightforward: two people, a truck, and the carrying. You show us what is going, the crew loads it, and the load leaves with them. Nothing gets shuffled to another corner of the property, and nothing is left for you to deal with afterwards.

What makes a Dallas job different

Dallas is not one kind of property, and junk removal here changes shape depending on where you are. A 1920s bungalow in Junius Heights has a detached garage down a rear alley and no lift. An Uptown high-rise has a loading dock, a service elevator and a window for using it. A ranch house in Preston Hollow has a long driveway and forty years of accumulation in the attic.

That is why the booking flow asks about access rather than just asking what you have. Stairs, alley access, elevator bookings and long carries all change the size of the crew and the length of the job, and it is better to know before the truck is dispatched.

Typical jobs, start to finish

A single item

One sofa, one fridge, one treadmill. Usually the fastest booking on the schedule.

A room

A spare bedroom or a home office emptied down to the carpet.

A garage

Bins, boxes, broken furniture, old paint tins set aside for a separate route.

A whole property

A house, apartment or office cleared before a sale, a lease end or a renovation.

The process

What actually happens on the day

No waiting around for a three-hour window and no surprise pricing once the truck is loaded.

    Booking

You book online with your ZIP, your items or photos, and a pickup window that works.

  2. 2

    Confirmation

Your estimate is set before the job is scheduled, so the number is agreed in advance.

  3. 3

The space is swept, the load is sorted, and you get on with your day.

Homes

Residential junk removal

Household work is the bulk of what we do: furniture that has been replaced, appliances that finally died, the contents of a garage that has not been parked in since 2019.

  • Sofas, sectionals, tables, dressers and desks
  • Mattresses and box springs from any floor
  • Refrigerators, washers, dryers and dishwashers
  • Televisions, monitors, printers and computers
  • Yard debris, brush and outdoor furniture

Businesses

Commercial junk removal

Business jobs run to a different clock. There is a lease date, a handover, a tenant arriving, or a contractor who cannot start until the space is clear.

  • Office cleanouts, cubicles and workstation teardowns
  • Tenant turnovers and abandoned furniture
  • Retail fixtures, shelving and display units
  • Warehouse clear-outs and pallet racking
  • Renovation and construction debris

FAQ

Questions Dallas customers ask

What counts as junk removal?

Anything you need taken away and disposed of rather than moved somewhere else. Furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, yard debris, renovation leftovers, office equipment and general clutter are all standard. If you are moving items to a new address rather than getting rid of them, that is a moving company's job, not ours.

Do I need to move everything outside first?

No. Full-service means the crew does the carrying, including from upstairs, garages, attics, back gardens and storage units. If it is already outside that usually makes the job smaller and cheaper, but it is never a requirement.

Is there anything you will not take?

Hazardous material is the main exception: paint, solvents, oils, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste and similar items need a licensed hazardous waste route. Very heavy material such as concrete, brick, soil and tile can be taken but is priced by weight rather than volume, so mention it when you book.

Can you handle a job with stairs or no elevator?

Yes — walk-ups, third-floor apartments, tight stairwells and long carries from a back unit are routine in Dallas. Tell us when you book so the right crew size is assigned; a long carry can affect the estimate but it will be reflected before you confirm, not added afterwards.

How quickly can a truck get to me?

Same-day and next-day windows appear in the booking flow whenever the Dallas schedule has capacity. Booking online shows you the genuine availability rather than a promise to call back.
