Junk Koala Dallas is the Dallas branch of Junk Koala. That means local crews and local trucks working a defined patch — Dallas plus Garland, Mesquite, Richardson, Addison and Farmers Branch — running on the booking platform the whole Junk Koala network shares.

The split matters more than it sounds. The central platform is what lets you get a real price online instead of waiting for someone to call you back, and what routes a job to the right crew from a ZIP code without you having to work out which branch you belong to. The local part is what gets a box truck down an East Dallas alley or through an Uptown loading dock without a fuss.

What we actually do

We remove things and dispose of them properly. A single couch from a second-floor apartment. A garage that has not had a car in it since 2019. An office floor that has to be empty by the end of the month. A rental that needs to be rent-ready before the trades arrive on Monday.

Roughly speaking the work splits two ways: households who need something gone, and businesses for whom junk removal is a recurring operational need rather than an event. Both matter here, and the second is a large part of why this site has as much commercial content on it as it does.

How we try to work

The whole model rests on a price you see before anyone is dispatched. Loads are priced by the space they take in the truck, estimates can be made from photographs, and the number is agreed in the booking flow rather than negotiated on a driveway.

And what leaves on the truck gets sorted rather than tipped. Furniture in usable condition, working appliances and household goods are routed for donation or resale where there is somewhere to take them; metal and electronics have established recycling routes; disposal is for what genuinely has no other option.
