When you use one of those tools, the information you enter — such as your name, contact details, service address, job details, photographs and payment information — is submitted to Junk Koala rather than being stored by this website.

Those embedded tools are told which page you were on when you used them, so that a job can be credited to the branch and the page that produced it. Payment details are handled by Junk Koala’s payment provider inside the booking tool and are not accessible to this website.
