The pages of this website are static, and browsing junkkoaladallas.com does not require you to provide any personal information. This site sets no advertising cookies and does not sell or share data with advertising networks.

As with essentially any website, the hosting infrastructure that serves these pages processes standard technical request data — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through it — which pages are read, which are ignored, and which lead to a booking. It is used to make the site more useful, not to build a profile of you or to target advertising.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and similar) to recognize a returning browser and to group the pages seen in one visit. It records the pages you view, the approximate location derived from your IP address, and general details of your device and browser. It is not told your name, your telephone number or anything else you type into the booking or estimate tools.

Booking, estimates and your account

Booking, estimates and customer accounts are provided by the central Junk Koala platform and appear on this site as embedded tools on the booking, estimate and sign-in pages. When you use one of those tools, the information you enter — such as your name, contact details, service address, job details, photographs and payment information — is submitted to Junk Koala rather than being stored by this website.

Those embedded tools are told which page you were on when you used them, so that a job can be credited to the branch and the page that produced it. Payment details are handled by Junk Koala’s payment provider inside the booking tool and are not accessible to this website.

How information is used

Information you provide through the booking and estimate tools is used to:

• Prepare an estimate and confirm a price for your job
• Schedule and carry out the service you have booked
• Take payment and issue receipts or invoices
• Contact you about a booking, an estimate or your account
• Keep records of work performed and respond to any follow-up

Sharing

Information is shared within the Junk Koala network as needed to deliver the service — principally with the local crew assigned to your job — and with service providers who support the platform, such as the payment processor. Website usage data described under Analytics above is processed by Google in that role. Nothing is sold.

Retention

Job and account records are kept by the Junk Koala platform for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Your choices
