Partner program · Dallas
You move what they’re keeping.
We haul what they’re leaving.
Every Dallas mover runs into the same thing. The customer points at a pile on move day and says none of it is coming. Your crew is on the clock, your truck is sized for the inventory you quoted, and the job just became somebody’s problem. Make it ours.
The problem
It is never on the inventory, and it is always there
Nobody quotes for it. Estimates are built from a walk-through or a room count, and the things a customer has not decided about yet do not appear on either. Then move day arrives and the decisions all happen at once.
You are left with three bad options: load it anyway and eat the space, spend crew hours running a dump trip you are not being paid for, or have an awkward conversation in a driveway with a customer who is already stressed.
The fourth option is a number you can hand them, or a job you submit yourself while your crew keeps loading.
What we take off your hands
The categories that come up on nearly every residential move.
- Furniture the customer decided not to take
- Mattresses and box springs nobody wants in the new place
- Appliances the new property already has
- Broken and damaged pieces not worth transporting
- Garage, attic and shed contents discovered on the day
- Storage unit leftovers after the good half is gone
- Electronics, exercise equipment and bulky one-offs
- Whatever is still there after the last load leaves
How partnering works
Set it up once, use it whenever
The point is that the second job should take thirty seconds to arrange, not the same effort as the first.
- 1
Set up the account
One conversation with the Dallas team covers coverage, billing and who to contact.
- 2
Submit a job
From the office or from the driveway, with photos if the crew can take them.
- 3
We price it
An estimate goes to whoever is paying — you or the customer.
- 4
We schedule it
Partner work is prioritized within available Dallas capacity.
- 5
It is gone
Loaded, hauled and sorted, without a mover hour spent on it.
Why bother
What a mover actually gets out of it
Not a discount code. A way to stop losing hours to work you were never paid for.
Crew hours back
A dump run costs two movers and a truck for a chunk of the day. That is billable time spent on something nobody is paying you for.
Learn moreAn answer, not a shrug
When a customer asks what to do with the pile, having a name and a number is a better answer than telling them it is not your problem.
Learn moreCleaner move-outs
Customers judge a move by the state of the old place. An empty property makes your work look finished.
Learn morePriority scheduling
Partner jobs are prioritized within available Dallas capacity, including same-day and next-day where the schedule allows.
Learn moreOne point of contact
The Dallas team, not a national call center. The same people every time, who know how you work.
Learn moreNo commitment
No minimum volume, no exclusivity, no penalty for a quiet month. Use it on the jobs where it helps.
Learn moreWho this suits
Built for the way Dallas movers actually operate
Local and long-distance movers, apartment specialists, senior-move managers, office relocation firms and packing services all hit the same wall from slightly different directions.
A senior downsizing move produces more discard than freight. An apartment mover meets a mattress on almost every job. An office relocation leaves behind furniture the new floor plan has no space for. In each case somebody has to deal with the remainder, and it does not have to be you.
Start a partnership
Tell us who you are, roughly how often this comes up, and which parts of the metro you work. The Dallas team will set the account up from there — there is no application process and nothing to sign before you can use it.
Mention that you are a moving company in the notes so the inquiry routes to the Dallas partner team rather than being handled as a single household pickup.
Partner FAQ
What movers ask before signing up
How does a partner job get submitted?
Through the same booking flow your customer would use, with the job flagged as a partner referral so it reaches the Dallas team rather than sitting in a general queue. Once an account is set up you are not re-explaining who you are on every job.
Who pays — us or the customer?
Either, and both patterns are common. Some movers bill it through as part of their service; others simply hand the customer over and let them pay directly. Decide which model suits you when the account is set up.
Can you come out the same day?
When the Dallas schedule has capacity, yes — and partner jobs are prioritized within that capacity. Move days are unpredictable, so the more warning you can give, the more reliably it gets covered.
What if the pile turns out to be bigger than described?
Tell us what you can see and the estimate reflects it. If it changes on arrival, the price is re-agreed before the crew starts loading rather than afterwards. Nobody wants a surprise invoice landing on a customer you referred.
Do you cover the whole metro?
This branch covers Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Richardson, Addison and Farmers Branch. Junk Koala operates elsewhere too, so if a job falls outside that footprint it can still be routed — the ZIP resolves it automatically.
Is there a minimum volume commitment?
No. There is no obligation to send a set number of jobs, and no penalty for a quiet month. The arrangement exists to make repeat work easy, not to lock you in.
