Commercial
Commercial and business junk removal in Dallas
Business jobs run to a different clock. There is a lease date, a handover, a tenant arriving, or a contractor who cannot start until the space is clear.

A commercial junk removal job is rarely judged on the hauling. It is judged on whether it happened inside the window it was given — because on the other side of that window is a lease surrender, a tenant taking possession, a trade that has been booked, or a floor full of staff who need to work tomorrow.
That makes the constraints the interesting part. Dock access is shared. Freight elevators are reserved in blocks. Buildings want a certificate of insurance before anyone comes through the door. Common areas have to be protected and left clean. None of it is difficult, but all of it has to be arranged in advance rather than discovered on arrival.
What we take on
Anything from a single pickup to a full floor. A restaurant closing overnight, a warehouse of obsolete stock, a property manager turning six units this month, a contractor who needs a site clear between trades on Thursday.
Set up a business account
If junk removal is a recurring line item rather than a one-off, an account means the same crews, one point of contact, and jobs submitted instead of re-explained.
- One contact for every property
- Crews that already know your site
- Repeat work without repeat setup
- Coverage across all six service cities

Written for the buyer, not the building
A property manager and a restaurant owner have almost nothing in common except needing a truck. Each of these pages is about the actual problem.

A standing arrangement, not a favor
Movers hit the same problem on nearly every job: a pile the customer has decided is not coming, a crew on the clock, and a truck sized for the inventory that was quoted.
Rather than absorbing it or turning it into an awkward conversation on move day, hand it to us. It is the closest thing to a standing arrangement on this site, and it is built for repeat volume.

Questions Dallas customers ask
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, and for most commercial jobs that is the only practical option. Evening, overnight and weekend windows are standard, scheduled around whatever dock and elevator access the building allows.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Tell us what the building requires when you request service and it is arranged before the work is scheduled. Most managed commercial buildings in Dallas ask for one, so raise it early.
How do we set up a business account?
Request commercial service and say that you want an account rather than a single job. Accounts are set up through the Junk Koala platform with the Dallas team, covering repeat work, one point of contact and billing arrangements.
Can one account cover several properties?
Yes. A single account can cover a portfolio across Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Richardson, Addison and Farmers Branch rather than a separate relationship per site.
Do you handle IT equipment and confidential files?
We remove the hardware and the paper, but we are not a data destruction service. Wipe or remove drives first, and arrange shredding for confidential records. We can take the equipment once that is done.
